Over the years, UAE has demonstrated its uncompromising integrity to achieve the highest quality for the design, construction and fabrication of its product & services. We are on course to achieve ISO 9001:2000 accreditation in near future.
For the past twenty years, UAE has installed around 300 treatment plants and equipment across Malaysia and other Asian countries. The treatment systems we employ are diverse and tailored to meet various needs. Here are the systems we offer:
A type of extended aeration system, the oxidation ditch is an oval-shaped channel that provides continuous mixing and aeration, ideal for smaller communities and industrial applications.
In this system, wastewater flows over a bed of media, such as rocks or plastic, where biofilm microorganisms degrade organic pollutants as the water trickles through.
This system uses microorganisms to break down organic matter in wastewater through an aeration tank, followed by sedimentation.
Similar to the conventional activated sludge process, this system operates with longer aeration times, resulting in more complete treatment and lower sludge production.
This system combines various aeration techniques to optimize oxygen transfer and microbial activity, enhancing the efficiency of the wastewater treatment process.
An SBR treats wastewater in batches through a sequence of fill, react, settle, decant, and idle phases, allowing for flexible operation and high-quality effluent.
This biological treatment system uses biofilm-covered spherical media to enhance the degradation of organic pollutants in wastewater.
CEPT involves the addition of chemicals, such as coagulants and flocculants, to wastewater to improve the removal of suspended solids and other contaminants before biological treatment.
The DAF system uses air bubbles to float suspended solids, fats, oils, and grease to the water surface, where they are removed by skimming, providing effective pretreatment for various industrial wastewater types.

In addition to these technologies, our expertise includes underground and inside-building mechanical sewage treatment plants. We also specialize in designing package potable water treatment plants featuring:
- Ultra Filtration: Removes particles and microorganisms from water using a membrane filtration process.
- UV Sterilizers: Uses ultraviolet light to disinfect water by inactivating harmful microorganisms.
- Nano/Micro Filters: Utilizes nanotechnology and microfiltration to remove fine particles and pathogens.
- Reverse Osmosis Systems: Employs a semi-permeable membrane to remove ions, molecules, and larger particles from water.
